Tell me if there is a service that allows you to issue a list of channels on YouTube according to certain parameters. For example, for a specific country, category, possibly the number of subscribers. Soshblade doesn't fit, because it's either a country or a category, and only the top 250.

To search for channels and display information about channels, there is the YouTube Data API search.list() method

By the number of subscribers, you will have to filter on your side.

Perhaps there are such services, but they are not many. Since YouTube limits any api requests from external sites, the developers try to make the functionality that uses the minimum number of requests. And the rest either do not, or put up a price tag for it
