I bought a domain on 2domains.ru and chose Hostinger as hosting. I downloaded FileZilla, installed MacKeeper and some other garbage (I use Mac). I went to the site, deleted defaults.php as in the instructions, then added index.html, but instead of it, the page "The site is registered on reg.ru ..." is displayed, if I go from another device, then index.html opens. There are no extra entries in hosts, what should I do?

on 2domains.ru in the domain settings, you need to change the name of the DNS server from ns1.reg.ru to ns1.hostinger.ru and ns2.reg.ru to ns2.hostinger.ru and wait a bit until the information is updated
