What does partnership with a registrar affect?

Hat question.
I am now choosing a registrar for the ru zone, in particular, between 2domains.ru and reggi.ru
I noticed that 2domains indicates that they are official partners of reg.ru, on whose website I found them, but I did not find reggi.ru there.
The question is what influences this most formal partnership. For reliability, for example? Can anyone tell me which of the two listed above should be chosen and why?
More inclined to use the services of reggae, because. their site looks somehow nicer, uncluttered and colorful, plus, I found answers to many of my questions there.

reggi.ru is a registrar accredited by the coordination center.
2domains is a partner of reg.ru.
If I were you, I would choose reggi.ru.

reg.ru has a well-developed affiliate system. I haven’t seen anyone better than 2domains in Russia at all (well, except for reg.ru - but it’s a little expensive there).
So in this case, the issue is moot. Especially if you take the domain for yourself, and not for a legal entity.
