How do you protect domains from forced partitioning?

Good afternoon!

If, hypothetically, someone needs to create a project in the RU domain zone, and he can subsequently attract the attention of the security forces for a number of reasons (For example, they consider that the information on this site "rocks the boat") and they want to cover it up. It is clear to me that in such cases, the ILV works and imposes filters, and there are certain mechanisms that allow law enforcement agencies to contact the registrar in order to separate it with all the consequences.

I'm interested to hear the opinion of someone who understands these waters. Are there any mechanisms that allow the creators of such projects to keep this primary domain under their control in any situation, if they really need it, even with RKN filters applied, directing it from different mirrors.

1. If the domain is registered in the Ru zone, then how to level the powers of the security forces to separate it (Are there any bulletproof registrars, jurisdictions, or how does it work?)
2. What is done with hosting in such situations. Own servers or are there simpler methods?
3. Is it expensive to keep afloat in the medium term (3-4 months)?

I would be grateful if you consider it necessary to enlighten me in these matters, which are of interest solely for educational purposes. I just want to know everything! :)

Zone RU and at the same time everything that belongs to it, was struck by a terrible cancer long ago, in the person of the RKN. Therefore, under no circumstances should any serious projects be started in the .ru domain zone or be hosted on servers physically located in the Russian Federation. It is simply dangerous today. That's all you need to know about the RU domain zone.

1. Do not register domains in the .ru zone. Ideally - have nothing to do with such countries.
2. Hosting has absolutely nothing to do with the domain. A domain is essentially a pointer on which server to look for the desired site.
3. Only switching to another domain will help.

(For example, they will think that the information on this site is "rocking the boat") and they will want to shut it down.

For this they do not block, do not la-la.
Let's say you have a super-secure DNS and you're pushing the salt on your site. How will DNS protect you from blocking? None.

The RKN and the "authorities" have the right to remove the delegation almost simply, even in violation of the law, without trial and on one piece of paper. There were precedents, while the court proved the illegality of such decisions with the payment of compensation (see the case of the online limit)
But the Rules of .RU and .RF have good protection for this case - if the site is registered as a mass media, then it can be removed from delegation only by court order . No RKN, registrar or "head" of the local ATC has the right to suspend the activities of the media - this is clearly stated in the Rules and Clarifications, even if you suddenly start flagging viruses and rubbish.
Another thing is that the same RKN controls the activities of the media and it can put a spoke in the wheels and revoke the license ... So even if there is a good .RU domain, it is recommended not to use it, but to go to the international zone, for example, .com

Using zones outside the jurisdiction of the country that may wish to do so. No other way.

No way. They separate at the moment, even without a court decision, and even more so with a court decision. And I think there is no need to doubt that if the site "rocks the boat" then organizing a court decision is how to describe two fingers :)
2. What is done with hosting in such situations.

They can terminate the contract. But even if not, no one will get to the site anyway :)

There is. And they work. Do not contact the .ru/.su/.рф domain if there is reason that you will be interested - take a general TLD like .com or some .cc / .tk / .xyz and servers in Holland :)
