On the other hand, the domain name itself has already ceased to play the significant role that it played a few years ago. Today, search engines have come out on top. Therefore, it does not matter at all if, say, someone buys your world.xxx, if it is not even visible in the search.
In any case, to finally protect yourself, you need to register a trademark with this name. Then the courts will always be on your side in any domain disputes.
