Microsoft Edge won't install (windows 7), what should I do?

I reinstalled Windows, Internet Explorer loads everything, but badly and every other time. I removed Brave (browser) from the phone, installed it and everything works fine, the Internet is everywhere and everything is cool.
But Microsoft Edge writes that it allegedly does not exist, it did not find solutions on the Internet, the firewall is turned off.
(Before that, I always used Edge, everything was excellent)

You need an up-to-date distribution kit.
