Take this, a wonderful ALL WEATHER IP camera.
Powered by PoE (no need to think about power). I put it on the hangar, it worked fine at -30 (I didn’t have big frosts this winter), excellent IR illumination, only for the street it’s better to use a street twisted pair.
Software is not a problem to find. A video server is a good computer with plenty of disk space.

The analog signal boards are good for CVS and Acumen. For ip cameras, only software is needed (it comes with a camera or is paid).
Instead of a video card, I recommend good Domination servers. You can put the client and connect to the public server and see. But they have a small disadvantage, they need a client or a small intermediate computer to view via the web.
Cameras can be looked after at Beward, EverFocus or Vidigi - these are budget options. It is better to take ArecontVision, they have 15k street ones.
Domination and ArecontVision cameras will be released 100-130k (5 cameras). We installed a similar bundle (better cameras and explosion-proof housings with optics) at the factory with a 5-year warranty.
