What is the best way to monitor ip cameras and NAS?

Hello! there are about 40 branches where DS-N241W highwatch ip cameras and NASy dlink 320 are installed. The whole thing falls off periodically. Then the cameras do not write on us. What would be the best way to monitor all this at once?
