Nas4free - why are changes in system files not saved after preload?

NAS4Free-9.3.0.2 installed on a flash drive.
Owncloud is installed on it
To be able to upload large files, the maximum size values are fixed in /usr/local/etc/php.ini

upload_max_filesize = 16G
post_max_size = 16G

after a reboot, these values return to their native 152M
, and yet, I install the wpa_supplicant package, after a reboot it also disappears.

@solalex

In the Embedded installation mode, installation is in progress on a USB flash drive and at system startup a small disk is created in memory, where the system image is copied and immediately configured according to the parameters collected in a single xml configuration file. And then it is loaded from this disk in memory. Therefore , almost any changes made to the system other than through the web interface are lost after a reboot.
