The picture of the consultant girl is bewildering. The hover-state of the main navigation is annoying. No hover-state for "read more" buttons.
In general, I do not like the design.
Nothing personal, just a quick look at the site of a person who does not design and design interfaces.

The site is heavily overloaded, the eyes just run up looking under the header.
the size of the navigation just kills, it is so large that the eyes do not pay attention to it.
there is a gray stripe on top, why is it at all? It's better to make navigation there like on Twitter.

The site did not fit into my 1024x768 monitor. And horizontal scrolling is not good.
Again, in view of the small monitor, all the elements seem too large. And an incomprehensible gray large stripe in the header of the site. The button of the female consultant caused a slight bewilderment, in vain it was so rounded.
Another minus: the long response of the site (although my Internet is probably naughty here).

4. The typography is creepy. Breaks between paragraphs would not hurt to align the block so that there would not be this red line.
5. Navigation main when hovering and when selecting an item has a different height.
6. In the gallery there is too much indentation on the right, it would be possible to reduce the width and height and put 3 pictures in a row.
