Qemu on Windows - hardware virtualization?

Hello!
I don’t speak English well, so when I read about Qemu in the Russian-speaking segment of the network, I got completely confused. Is the operation of the OS guests mediated by the host operating system or independently?
The task is, having Windows as the main OS, to run Ubuntu independently in parallel. If this problem is solved on Qemu, then please tell me how?

You can use HAXM to speed up Qemu on Windows.
The Qemu website has instructions for setting up and installing HAXM for use with Qemu.
List of required:

  • Intel processor with virtualization support (you can check the list )
  • BIOS Enabled Hardware Virtualization
  • Windows 7 or older with Hyper-V virtualization disabled
  • HAXM
  • Qemu

- Improve the quality of language proficiency - documentation in Russian is noticeably less, it can be noticeably outdated, not to mention the fact that configs are usually commented purely in English.
QEMU is a full virtualization system (that is, a complete imitation of the processor and other hardware) for Linux / UNIX. The basis of the virtualization system, which is called KVM. In Windows it is absent as a class, although Windu as a guest turns with a bang.
You can run two axes "independently and in parallel" if each of them runs under the control of a hypervisor. If bubunta is needed to "see" it is enough to install VirtualBox - bubunta will work in parallel, but not independently - it will depend on the work of Windows.
