Promsvyaz m200a (ZTE W300) loses connection

The situation is as follows, the Promsvyaz m200a modem (ZTE W300) loses connection. This manifests itself in the fact that more or less permanent connections (downloading large files, peering, etc) work fine, but when surfing or FTP loses connection with the server and writes “server is unavailable”
What could be the problem?

I use exactly the same modem (standard from byfly).
From my own experience, I can assume that some utorrent or mediaget can hang in the processes and eat the channel. Several friends complained that the Internet was very bad and that was not the case under Jobs with another provider. The reason is the torrent in the processes.
Maybe there is a problem with the line itself. Call Beltelecom, let them check.
But judging by the description, something is still eating up the channel, maybe updates of some software occupy all available connections.

since the time of low-quality gprs (now the situation has not changed much, I use a 3G modem) I have ping ya.ru -t running in the background, as a result of which the session is not interrupted and the connection is more stable. Perhaps in your case, such "crutches" will help
