Prompt URL blocking extension

You need an extension for Google Chrome and/or Firefox to block certain URLs, but not sites, preferably with regular expression filters or something similar, so that you can block certain patterns.

Or offer any other option on how to close access to applications in social networks. networks without turning off the flash.

Try DynDNS, they had filtering by keywords (toys, porn, drugs) - I once “dabbled”, on my classmates, my experimental subjects were definitely chopped off toys, I remember, they complained. Or put some kind of filter (dns / proxy / firewall).

I also thought about this, but somehow it would be better to automate than to block a bunch of applications individually in order to punish the child for a week. :)
ps. cons are not mine.
I tried extensions that lock the page by keywords, but for some reason it does not work.
Perhaps there are some other ideas?

Parental control in my seven works on a child's account at a level lower than the browser works. That is, if I forbade social networks for a child, then only a proxy client, vpn and all that can save him - neither mozilla, nor chrome, nor IE with opera will let him into the social network page. Most likely they will not let the portable version.
But I didn’t check about vpn / tor and proxy, to be honest. don't need it for now. And in which case, no one bothers to distribute the list of programs allowed to run on the child's account.
