Why is gstatic.com not loading?

I can't load gstatic.com.
Googling, I found out that the problem is not new and it regularly appears in different people.
In my network, the problem is only on my PC, everything is fine on other PCs.
The problem itself: I can't load gstatic.com, namely the net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. That is, any site using this storage takes a long time to load.
While I googled, I tried many options, but none of them even gave me an answer what could be the problem:
I checked HOSTS, everything is fine there;
I don't use browser extensions;
I do not use antivirus;
Windows built-in firewall and antivirus turned off;
I pinged the site in the console, all packets left and came without loss with the usual ping for me.
Deleted browser cache and cookies;
Checked through another browser, to no avail;
I can't figure out what could be causing the problem and how to fix it.
