How to send an email via Google Business Mail?

The customer installed Google Business Mail for primary mail. The username and password are correct, I checked several times.
While the settings are in the .env file.

I decided to send a test letter, writes the following error:

I had this with my GMail mail. I gave access and everything worked. But, I logged in from the customer's account and decided to give access to sending letters from the site. Outputs the following message:
