How to republish the app on google play?

Hello everyone, the application was published on the play market,
then I deactivated it so that no one would see it until the next update (a month in time).
Yesterday I uploaded a new apk file, added new screenshots and a new description.
But how to publish it back then?
Next to the application logo in the Google console there is a button by clicking on it I get "Information about your application on Google Play is visible only to those users who installed it."
That is, if someone else wants to open the URL in Google Play, then there will be an error like the application was not found

Hello,
There are 2 ways:
1. In case of Banned Account: First, you have to check that your account has been banned or not? If yes then you must create a new account with new bank details. First read the policies though and make sure you will not break them this time, especially before publishing the apps that lead to the suspension.
2. In case of Suspended Apps : You can republish your app, if you are 100% damn sure they are no longer breaking the policies and don't contain any SDKs that might.
