How to find out the user's IP address (drive api)?

The bottom line is this, I wrote a Python / TK program that synchronizes with Google Drive using their API v.2, I need to find out the IP address of the user who last modified the file, I found it in the documentation:

It seems to be what you need, but I didn’t find any examples of using them, and in general there are no pieces of code, in which library they are located, where to pull them out, it’s not clear ..
