As for the results of the issuance. Its results differ even in different areas of the same city, and not just in different countries.
Plus, the issuance is mostly personalized. If you enter the search from Ukraine, the issue is generated by google.com.ua, and if from Russia - by google.ru.
Judging by the pictures provided, you even chose the wrong search engine in Serpstat.
Create a project in Serpstat and add the collection of positions on google.ru.
Allposition.ru and semrush.com also take good positions.
