How to reconnect an unapproved adsence account?

Hello, the situation is as follows: once upon a time I tried to connect my main account to adsence on a test site, the application was never confirmed. I want to reconnect the same Google account to my youtube channel. But when you try to apply, it offers to re-apply for that test site (it no longer exists). There is no way to log into your adsence account because the old application has not been confirmed. The question is essentially the following: how to cancel the old application and submit a new one on the same account?
