Demolish your version, clean up all the ends from it on your computer and install an older one, if there are problems with reinstallation, here is the solution. Why does a white window appear when I start chrome?

Such an update. Google thinks it knows better than we do.
Unless plugins can fix it, and even that is not a fact.

No, chrome auto-updates. Put the old version - it will be updated again.
Try Chromium or SRWare Iron for now.

I also observe glitches with scrolling in comboboxes (lists): The last element is not "visually" selected by the mouse, but in fact it is.
