The documentation claims support for USB 2.0 High-speed, in theory this is up to 480 Mbps.
Is this transfer rate achievable in practice?
What real speed did you get while working with this processor?

Well, look what kind of UHCI controller is there? then google for what speed this type of controller has, and in general, the speed strongly depends on what mode and what packages you are using via USB
