Have there been cases of intentional pre-installation of malware / backdoors, other than the Lenovo story?

I think many of you are familiar with the story of Lenovo pre-installing the Superfish program, as well as intentionally embedding backdoors into the system. Have there been other similar cases, perhaps studies on the topic?
