Problem with office 2010 activation. what's the matter?

distribution license. the key is official, but I noticed that on some computers, when activated, an error 0x8004fc12 pops up. I couldn't figure it out myself. What could be the problem?

On Windows 7 everything is ok the first time, on xp the problem is on separate machines. The configs are the same. It is obvious that because of the stop of the update center for xp, but why does it work on some, but not on others.
