How to disable requests for Internet resources in Microsoft Office 2016?

MS Office 2016. Internet through a proxy.
Proxy settings are given through GPO. Not all users are allowed to access the Internet.
When you launch any document, the officeclient.microsoft.com resource is accessed and the prompt appears Have to

close this window many times to start working.
Also, due to access to this resource, there is a delay in opening any documents.
How to disable requests for Internet resources in Microsoft Office 2016? And in particular to officeclient.microsoft.com

Hello, I copied and pasted from here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum...
so as not to search here:
FILE / Options / Trust Center / Trust Center Options / Privacy Options Uncheck "Allow Office connect to the Internet"
+
I suspect the person is faced with the fact that the proxy swears. In general, the above + in the control panel==Internet properties==connections==network settings==Configure local network settings==advanced== In the column "do not use a proxy server for addresses ..." add *.microsoft.com
After office 2013 and office 2016 both shut up and stopped spamming login windows.
Specifically, I had a problem on win10 + 2016

I registered *.microsoft.com;*office.net;*live.com;*office365.com;*office.com;*outlook.com;*office365.fun It seemed
to help.
