What was done:
1. Checked for viruses.
2. Microsoft Office completely demolished and reinstalled.
3. Cleaned the registry.
Maybe someone faced such problem and knows how to solve it.

If it is not

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps*\HxTsr.exe

then it's an enemy.
Reinstall (via Powershell)

Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.12624.20368.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode
