Problem with Gemix T21 webcam on Windows 7 x64?

There is a Gemix T21 webcam and clean Windows 7 x64 PRO.
When you try to make a Skype call, it freezes almost tightly (the interlocutor hears me, but does not see me, Skype is not killed from processes, and then the computer does not even want to turn off). I tried to put the driver on the webcam (although, according to the developer, it does not need any - turn it on and use it) and as a result, the setup program opened. I was already happy - there is a picture, I exit this program and history repeats itself - now it is a dead weight instead of Skype.

Among other things, the system is on an SSD and was configured in connection with these 2 articles: habrahabr.ru/post/148571 andhabrahabr.ru/post/165455
Perhaps some of this had a bad effect, but what exactly I'm not sure.
In addition to the above: everything worked on Windows 7 x32.
