Asus touchpad hangs, what should I do?

Moments (not so often, but already infuriates specifically) (not dependent on loads) the touchpad freezes, that is, it does not respond to touch or reacts with a delay, and this continues for 3-4 seconds, then everything returns to normal. The laptop is new, the touchpad is not dirty, everything is clean. Everything is fine with the connected mouse (it has not been noticed yet), only with the touchpad. I checked the program Latencymon. Here is a screenshot: And here is a report from Latencymon: https://pastebin.com/jdAkCS80 I don’t really understand what the reason is, but I seem to see it because of realtek? But during the check, YouTube was on with the video (to check the load, it may not have affected), the freeze was like once. There are freezes even with normal surfing in the browser, without turning on other programs.
It feels like because of the processor or disk, with a sharp decrease in frequencies or an increase, it freezes the touchpad for 3-4 seconds.
What I did: Reinstalled the drivers from the asus site (asus presicion touchpad, etc). Even deleted and checked all the same the same way.
I thought maybe because of the antivirus (Kasperky or Windows Defender), but no, after removing Kaspersky and disabling Windows Defender, it still freezes moments. None of the programs at least somehow affecting the touchpad is installed.
