Problem with drag & drop on WINDOWS 10?

Installed Win 10 and now I have this problem. Can't move files to programs. Like photoshop etc.
YouTube is full of solutions such as run as administrator, go into UAC and disable it (in the registry, set the value to 0), etc.
Nothing helps. If I disable UAC in the registry, then no files open on the PC. Writes an error. Neither music nor picture can be opened.
