Removing a new version of i windows by cleaning $WINDOWS.~BT?

I already have windows update 1803 installed, but I haven't rebooted the laptop yet. Is it possible to uninstall a new version of windows by cleaning $WINDOWS.~BT?

Run the cleaning wizard, there are appropriate options, it will clean everything correctly for you. The laptop should have rebooted during the installation of 1803.
