What are the programs for window automation in windows?

I used the program for a long time. I don’t remember what it’s called, but there it was possible to make a condition:
if a window with such and such a class and title appears,
then find a child window with a button in it
and click on this button.
otherwise all I found is either a repetition of actions, or a script that needs to be run and enjoy the results, but I need a background program that will close standard windows instead of me.
eg: RDP keeps asking for a new certificate. Self-signed programs after the update too.
