WPF 3.5 Window and Aero Snap

Guys, good day!

The following has happened: Aero Snap does not work properly with a WPF form window.
We take two applications, a notepad and a regular WPF application with an empty form:
1) Drag the top edge of the window to the top of the screen
2) The window is stretched vertically
3) We collapse, expand.

The position and dimensions of the notebook remained the same, but the WPF window resized to those that were before the 1st paragraph.

I searched all over the Internet, tried a bunch of methods, nothing helped. RestoreBounds has an invalid value, such as before the 1st item. Is there a solution to the problem for .NET 3.5? Because in 4.0 the behavior of the window is normal. The customer is in no hurry to switch to it. Thank you in advance.
