Port forwarding on mikrotik rb951g-2hnd router?

Hello, please help me solve the problem
1) There is a Mikrotik router with a static external address 10.123.104.1 (internal 192.168.1.1)
2) There is a video receiver on the network to which video surveillance cameras are connected
3) Mikrotik is the DHCP server
4) The receiver receives an internal IP 192.168 .1.220, mask 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.1.254, dns 192.168.1.1, HTTP Port: 2005
How can I properly configure the router so that I can easily connect to my video receiver from the external network and view cameras?
The maximum that I got is that I can connect to IP 10.123.104.100:8080 from the external network and I get to the web interface of the router

@AntonMZ

Are you sure that 10.123.104.1 is an external ip address, and not the provider's local network?
