How to raise IpSEC on Mikrotik?

Good morning.
There are two Mikrotiks. One is at my factory and the other is at my store. Both that, and another in a network of ONE provider.
I need them to see each other and the store to see the factory network without any problems.
Whether it is optimum to lift connection through IPsec? can use regular VPN? This is the first time guys do this so don't kick me too hard :) I'm growing with this forum.

Presence of white IP is desirable.

IPSec - this is the "usual VPN" :) Especially when there are two Mikrotiks, they are generally linked with half a pint.
