PhPStorm loads Intel Core I5 - 7600K at 100%?

It is worth going to the Vagrant settings section, the percentage flies up to 100%, the whole system immediately crashes, only reboot helps.
So for now I use the usual cmd and launch Vagrant through it.
Ways:

C:\Users\BonBon\.homestead\Homestead.yaml
C:\Users\BonBon\Code\Laravel
D:\Sandbox\Vagrant\bin\vagrant.exe

Windows 10 Pro, SSD, 16 GB of RAM, 3.8 Hz.

this is not a phpstorma glitch, disable "Hyper-V" in windows components, check other windows virtualization options
