Is there a document camera app for Android?

Is there an application that allows an android smartphone to work as a document camera in conjunction with a PC + Windows? I am interested in the following mode: I photograph, for example, a page with text and formulas on a smartphone, immediately after photographing, the picture is transferred to a computer (it does not matter - via the Internet or via usb) and opens on it (without additional steps).
I know an option, for example, to use the Google drive. Doesn't work because there are extra steps to take and the time between taking the photo and showing it on the computer is too long for me.
If you are wondering why I need this - I need to type handwritten text in latex. Now there is a wonderful mathpix application (it used to calculate expressions from photographs on smartphones, now the application has radically changed direction - it is for PC - it overtakes photo formulas in latex, and it’s not bad at all). Mathpix works in standby mode for a screenshot, and when it receives it, it immediately copies the latex code to the clipboard.
Those. if I manage to implement a document camera, then to distill the formula from paper, I will need to perform only two actions: take pictures on a smartphone and screenshot the desired area of \u200b\u200bthe photo on a computer, stream processing will turn out.
