Photoshop stopped working "Save for Web" option?

More precisely, the key combination Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S stopped working, and the menu item itself moved to the Export submenu. Version 2015.5.1 Does anyone know how to fix it?

Have you looked in the hotkey settings (editing - keyboard shortcuts)? I think there is a misconfiguration. Find the save section there and try changing it to the combination you need.
My version is about the same as yours, but the reduction works for me.
