What resolution should I choose in Photoshop files for working in Premiere?

Dear Men!
I'm going to do a video montage using graphic elements rendered in Photoshop. The question arose, what resolution should be specified in the file creation options in Photoshop? I know that 300 is used for printing, for the web 72.

And in general, what is the difference between the resolution in a video file (adobe Premiere) and in a Photoshop image file?
