Hello, I want to create a multi-page website. I want to do everything from scratch and exclusively on my own. I have already purchased the domain and hosting, I chose Jommla as the CMS.
I want to make the site responsive.
Can you please tell me where to start? know the basics of HTML and CSS.
As I understand it, you first need to draw layouts in Photoshop?
And how to do it? What length and width should I take?
Is it possible to remove some components on the mobile version, for example, the slider.
How about Adobe Muse? Thanks in advance!)

Try Bootstrap as it solves the responsiveness problem out of the box. Firstly, it is already in Joomla, albeit an old one. Secondly, it can be updated to the current one. Thirdly, take some kind of template as a basis and refine it, at least you don’t have to write the structure from scratch.
