Persistent audio on RDP?
There is a server - just a computer, it can only be controlled via RDP. It is planned to set up streaming pictures / music from it.
How to display / configure / make the local sound card display and work?
At connection on rdp there is a virtual zvukovuha for remote redirection. And when you turn off RDP - on the server, the sound immediately disappears.
There is a physical server access. Even when connecting a device (headphones/speakers/plug 3.5), RDP still doesn't show the audio device.
I didn't find anything useful on the net. A crutch with creating a second user on the server and connecting it via rdp, for a permanent rdp, is not beautiful.

Put a sound card on the server, install the drivers, include the necessary equipment in it and run it as a local user. Why run under RDP?
And when you turn off RDP - on the server, the sound immediately disappears.Well, this is understandable, there are no options - if you disconnect, it must disappear.
RDP still doesn't show the sound device. And it also should not display the sound device. Sound devices can be viewed through the control panel on the computer from which you are connecting.
