There is a wi-fi and 3G modem, the required amount of traffic is ordered on the modem for the operation of one process. At the same moment, I want to work via wi-fi and access the Internet.
The question is: How to make the 3g modem work for only one process? And at this moment, I could use wi-fi for others.
