Pentium n5000 processor in 2020 - is it acceptable?

Will a laptop with a pentium n5000 processor be powerful enough for basic office and educational tasks (Word/Excel, surfing, zoom, basic photoshop and video editing)? 4 GB RAM and ssd.

No! photoshop and video editing just past. His browser can "put". See ryzen 5 or current intel core i5. If without photo / video - then i3 / ryzen 3

4gb RAM - that's definitely not acceptable
