I want to buy a laptop. Need it with a passive cooling system, without a fan. Not because of the noise, but for other reasons.
What 15" laptop without a fan, for Windows, and a budget of up to $700 is on the market?
If not with i3, then with what?

About i3, I doubt it, even so, it is quite gluttonous. Even atoms often put something small. So I wouldn't open my mouth too much, because the cooler can not only cool the CPU, but also the chipset. There is too little space inside the laptop for purely passive cooling.
Maybe, in theory, there is an atom laptop that has an aluminum case as a heatsink.
