Laptop for work fast and not expensive?

People, please help me choose a laptop for front-end work (+ Graphic editors)!
I have been suffering for a day now, I can not find the optimal, and most importantly, the right solution.
What I am sure of:
- Display diagonal - 14 " .... convenient and compact, but if I understand correctly because of this, it is more expensive, so in extreme cases 15.4" - 15.6 "
- RAM - 6-8 GB (now it costs 4 and no longer pulls)
With the rest there is one continuous problem
- With the brand - Asus or Lenovo (I'm not sure about the reliability of this model, but it seems to be popular), but definitely not Aser - Processor
Intel Core or AMD, which is better? . Frequency from 2 GHz, do I understand correctly that the more - the faster the work ?.
- Video card - Nvidia, but this is not accurate
- Hard drive - 250 -500 more and not needed. But what should be the speed, so that it does not slow down?
And of course I want a lot, but at the same time the price is at least up to 15-16 000 UAH.
If anyone can help me figure it out, I'd be grateful!

PS: I liked this ASUS Ultrabook, but I was confused by the disk, only 128 GB, although I don’t download movies and you can additionally take a removable disk. And here's one , but here they confuse AMD, the Radeon video card.

I won’t tell you the exact model, but I’ll tell you what you need in terms of parameters:
Processor preferably i3 - i5 (they have both physical cores and streaming ones)
HDD - 7200 rpm will be enough for you, although it’s better to pay attention to the clipboard - the more the better . Although this is not the most important parameter.
It is better to have an SSD - then the work will go ten times faster.
To work in graphic editors - AMD or Nvidia - it does not matter, the main thing is that the video card is discrete, not built-in. The volume is 2GB, but 1 can also be called a success.
What would I do if I were you: having an amount of 15,000 eternally rotten hryvnias, I would go to OLX and choose a used laptop there. Fortunately, for this money you can find there, well, a good laptop, with decent characteristics. In a used laptop for that kind of money there will be the following hardware: i5 - i7 of the third - fourth generation. Operatives from 8 to 16, depending on how to get there. The hard drive will be with full stuffing + SSD will definitely be.
But it's up to you.

It will be difficult to find a sane laptop for that kind of money - a good tool costs about $1k.
Regarding your questions. There is an excellent Asus ux410 laptop with different fillings, but it fits diagonally and compactly (it's like 14 inches, but due to thin frames it fits into a bag with 13). I actually recommend him.
