Why Linux laptop won't turn off after hibernation?
Laptop - Lenovo THINKPAD Edge E130. OS - was Ubuntu 13.14, now Archlinux + XFCE4 (all 64's). On all systems it's the same: everything works fine, but there is one jamb. It is enough to go into standby mode at least once, and then after exiting it, the laptop does not turn off, but goes into reboot 1 time. This is terribly annoying. If you do not use the standby mode, then everything is fine. Tried to turn off the console commands - the same thing. In the search I saw similar problems, but there was no complete solution. The system is fresh and updated constantly.
uname -a:
Linux lenovo 4.1.3-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jul 22 20:37:12 CEST 2015 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Maybe someone came across and found a solution?

Perhaps the BIOS, perhaps some of the pieces of iron. IMHO, it's easier to install an SSD and just always turn off the computer when it's not needed, yes, it's not a solution to the problem, but a crutch, but it's reliable.
I saw similar problems in the search, but there was no complete solution for them.
