PC problem. What could be the problem?
Motherboard asus z390 tuf gaming wifi
Processor for it i5 9600kf
Three sticks of goodram 8gb 2666mhz RAM.
ssd 1tb goodram, 240gb other.
Block 600w aerocol. Or on 700w
gtx 1650 ti super graphics card.
I connect all accessories. I even updated bios. installed windows 10. But let's go with the drivers, it rebooted. reaches the download icon and reboots. Dramatic blue screen your device ran. I can not install from a flash drive neither windows nor Linux. goes into reboot.
Mother card, I bought a new one, everything fits easier. I tried to put Windu on ssd from another computer, too. Blue screen, reboot.

DECIDED!!! it's all about the marriage of the CPU. I bought the same one and he gave it for diagnostics, they said the marriage ended up returning the money !!!!
The problem is in the memory controller, obviously, or in the RAM itself. Change CPU and RAM. Sometimes there is an incompatibility of percent + mother + memory, because each memory manufacturer somehow understands the standards in its own way. I would try Kingston as an alternative.
As there was such a problem from the very first 386 processors - where the memory is already separate modules, it is now, although SPD was added, but somehow it does not help much. It does get buggy sometimes....
From all this stream of thoughts - the PC does not work with the video card in the kit? even the bios won't start?
Have you tried with one memory stick? Try to take out all but one and put this die in the slot recommended in the instructions
Install a post card, determine the fault code, your motherboard can work without a card, there is an HDMI output.
