The computer began to turn on with a delay, what could be the problem?
Recently, after turning on the computer, there is a black screen for a short time (about 7-10 seconds), and only then the BIOS logo and Windows loading. Since the computer started quite fast, slow loading is very noticeable.
What could be the reason for this?

For example, in that you have turned off verbose POST messages and at the same time turned on the "slow" POST procedure in full. As a result, the machine starts immediately, but you will see something only after going through the full POST procedure, which can take several seconds. The second possible option is to enable Network Boot, which can take even more time.
If there is a power problem, turning off the power for a couple of minutes may help. (Just pull out the cable and press power)
Try to disconnect all disks and drives (maybe one of them is already dying and taking a long time to initialize)
If we assume that nothing has changed in the BIOS settings (for example, the order of boot devices), it looks like the beginning of the end of the HDD. Good luck.
if the system manager does not start immediately... then it is the capacitor that has lost some capacity in the power supply... take it apart and see how swollen it is... it is most likely swollen... but solder it.
There, while he picks up the current, so that the pulse power supply circuit starts up .. time is wasted. Soon he will die at all and you will not start the computer =D
Everything turned out to be prosaically simple: the primary boot device was an optical disk)
