How to solve Thinkpad problem (sometimes gray screen)?

Hello gentlemen. I have a hardware problem, a ThinkPad T61 computer.
At some point, the screen turned gray - that is, the backlight of the screen is on, sound is heard, but the screen is a gray matrix. I assumed that the problem is with the matrix inverter.
But as it turned out, sometimes, quite often the computer starts to work normally. I don’t know what this is connected with, but it seems that the computer comes to a normal state from shaking.
I tried to disassemble the monitor, and checked if the contacts were coming off, but everything seems to be in order.
Now I'm confused.
What could it be? Where can you find information on this topic?

There is probably a problem with the cable, here is the service manual Hardware Maintenance Manual T61 Scattering and assembling it to the matrix cable is quite simple, if it doesn’t help, you will have to change the matrix.
