ATI Radeon HD4350 driver complains about the video card, what should I do?

OS - Windows 7 Home Premium. Firewood from the official site, 2013 (not HydraVision), there were no problems during installation. After installing and rebooting Windows, when opening Catalyst, it complains about the video card that there is no such vidyahi or it plows incorrectly.
The firewood of 2009 is given by Winda, when at the office. Firewood website 2013.

Try to install a clean driver, without a catalyst.
Or in the device manager, feed the video card drivers from the folder with the installer.
