OS does not see all the RAM, who has tried it?
Good evening. I have a configuration:
Ryzen 5 2600X, Gigabyte B450 Elite, 4 x 8GB Kingston HyperX DDR4 2666Mhz (stock).
In the control panel item "SYSTEM" shows 16GB. Aida, CPU-Z and other third-party software shows 32GB as expected, and all the memory bars. bios is similar. Whatever I didn’t conjure, I changed places, the BIOS was in default settings, I left 3 bars - the system sees 24 GB, I install the 4th one, I load the system - 16GB.
I found the way out in lowering the frequencies to 2400, the system saw all the memory. What can be a snag? The percentage of panyat keeps much faster, and these bars have a native frequency of 2666.
PS Initially, there was a set of their Crushal Ballistics Sport 4 bars of 8GB (2400), pulled it out and installed Kingston. This shouldn't have any effect.

If you have a friend and ask for extra memory bars, put it in and check if the problem does not disappear, then the problem is either in the BIOS or Windows. Treatment or see how to reflash / update the BIOS (find the latest version of the BIOS for your mainland on the manufacturer's website)
Or reinstall Windows, just download the image from off. microsoft site and the flood grunt through kms activator
I don’t think that the problem with the bars is something with the OS / BIOS
In general, putting 32GB on the v450 is too much of the wrong power system too much and don’t really think about overclocking
Better sell or leave 2 bars and overclock they are up to 3200-3600 no more, if you are not a fierce editor so many GB
you don’t need something
else, maybe something with RAM slots is a problem, but this is rare
