My Dell Inspiron 5523 laptop had some key failure. How to understand what is the problem? In the keyboard, cable or port on the motherboard? And then I don’t want to order Claudia in an empty way if the problem is not in it. If there are no easy ways, then at least statistics. Type in 90% of cases, the keyboard breaks, not the port.

I don't think anyone keeps such statistics.
But, logically, the loop is unlikely to fail, because. this is a laptop and it is unlikely that you often moved the cable - it means that physical damage is unlikely.
